  1. My Grandmother taught me numerous things in life, and I learned never to discount what she had to say. I often spent hours talking to her, because I looked for her perspective to help shape mine. I still have questions I wish she could answer. Although much of her is in me, I suppose I could find the answers deep down inside. I took the time when she was here to listen to what she had to say. This Mother’s Day, I hold dear our late night, early conversations, and feel so grateful for the perspective on life she gave me to pass on.
