Are you willing to share? Getting personal.

This week, my goal is to share more of myself with you. We all want to be deeply known, but it is hard to share who we really are, especially in newer relationships.

Sharing who you are is a skill that can improve with practice, which is something I’ve been working on for almost a decade. I can assure you that it is worth the effort to let your true self come out more so you can better attract the people and life experiences you want.

This week’s intention

I wasn’t sure, what would be the best way to share more about who I am.

I could point you to my LinkedIn profile where I keep my business accomplishments or send you to the part of my website that shares my upbringing. My Instagram account shows bits of my personal life.

In the end, I decided that the best plan was to share this podcast interview. If you have time and interest, I’d be honored to have you listen. This interview reflects who I am, what I want for you, what I’m struggling with and a glimpse of what I’ve been through. As an introvert, sharing my life more broadly has not been an easy journey, but there is a greater purpose to it.

My intention is to share more of my true self with the people around me.

This week, I hope you will take the time to reflect on how you might share more of yourself with others. It’s fine if that is a slow process, but decide how you can get started.

We’ll talk more next week.
