Yesterday, I came across a quote about satisfaction that reminded me that there’s a fine line between motivation and BS.

But I’d love to hear what you think?

Say what?? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Is satisfaction a bad thing? Can’t I keep growing AND enjoy the fulfillment of my hard work? Who wants an endless stream of never feeling good enough? Not me.

I’ve spent my Easter morning leaning into the power of resurrection, joy, and the promise of fulfillment. 🙏🏽

What kept coming up for me in my prayer and reflection time was a reminder that joy is available to me in more ways than I often appreciate, and that joy is ALREADY 🙌🏽 woven into my life’s work. I know that if I keep working with purpose, it will keep leading me to this joyful place.

This week has been all about giving myself the permission to pause and do less because sometimes I forget that I have the ultimate say on how hard I push myself. I forget that I can give myself permission to do nothing, to choose the easier path, or to take a break right in the middle of a project I care about. I’ve posted less, but I’ve spent a lot more time outside enjoying some insanely beautiful weather. ☀️🌿Birds have taken over my entire backyard and are singing up a storm as I type this. 🐦🎶
